This is a lovely Charcuterie Board made from a block of beautiful Arbutus wood with two strips of Walnut interlaced into two slots and then engraved. Arbutus is the hardest hardwood that can be found in Canada. (Harder than Oak.) This can be personalized as required. Please see Example above

It has a lovely reddish hue to it and totally resists porous fluids. Soaked in butcher's block oil and then polished with food-safe Beeswax. The size is 11"x22"x1", which is a nice generous size.
